作者对15例心肌病伴充血性心衰患者随机选择8例应用多巴酚丁胺(dobutamine)滴注,并以7例滴注葡萄糖作双盲对照。观察对象于用药前均测定血尿素氮及肌酐;超声心动图检测左室舒张末——收缩末容积及周径纤维缩短速率;~(99m)锝门电路血池显象计算左室射血分数;热稀释法测定心搏量、记录肺动脉收缩、舒张压及肺动脉楔压;活动平板运动试验前测肺动脉及体动脉压、心搏量、桡动脉及肺动脉氧含量,计算全身氧耗量;运动试验前、后取动脉血测定
