企业财产保险是以企业法人主体作为被保险企业,在保险单列明的保险条款范围内,由保险企业对保险标的的直接损失、从属损失和关联费用进行经济补偿的一种保险。随着我国保险行业的发展壮大以及国民对财产保险认识的不断提高,企业财产的发展正成为蒸蒸日上,赔偿问题作为企业财产保险的核心内容,关乎着保险双方的利益选择,本文将结合企业财产保险实际操作情况,对保险赔偿问题进行简要探究。
Enterprise property insurance is the main body of the legal entity as an insured business, within the scope of the insurance terms set out in the insurance policy, the insurer undertakes economic compensation for the direct losses, affiliated losses and related costs of the insured subject matter. With the development and expansion of China’s insurance industry and the continuous improvement of the people’s understanding of property insurance, the development of enterprise property is becoming a thriving and compensatory issue as the core content of enterprise property insurance and the choice of interests of both parties. In this paper, The actual operation, a brief exploration of the issue of insurance compensation.
