Some construction units in the construction of the frame often ignore the determination of the position of the column molds, which is the overlapping part of the column bars. Only one stirrup is tied at the top, and some of the stirrups are not tied and the concrete is poured. Most of the steel bars loosen and deformed, resulting in serious displacement of lapped steel bars and directly affecting project quality. In the construction of the frame structure, our company uses φ12 round steel, welded into a tool-type clamp, see Figure 1, according to the number and position of the main rib, the inner surface is φ6 steel recurved into a semicircle, welded on the clamp. The headroom clearance of the clamp should be reduced by one main rib diameter compared to the design of the stirrup size.
