以人为本的发展观的本质和核心是突出和强调人在经济和社会发展中的根本性地位和作用。它是思想政治教育观念创新的基石。本文在对传统的思想政治教育观念进行反思的基础上,提出创新思想政治教育的三个方面一是更新传统的“灌输教育”观念,凸现思想政治教育的人性化;二是将非智力因素引入思想政治教育中;三是确立社会价值与个人价值内在统一的新价值观。
The essence and core of the people-oriented development concept is to highlight and emphasize the fundamental position and role of human beings in economic and social development. It is the cornerstone of the ideological and political education innovation. Based on the reflection on the traditional concept of ideological and political education, this paper proposes three aspects to innovate the ideological and political education. First, it renews the traditional concept of “inculcating education” and highlights the humanization of ideological and political education. Second, introducing non-intellectual factors Ideological and political education; the third is the establishment of social values and personal values inherent unity of the new values.
