齿轮倒角过去多是钳工倒角,或者是在倒角机上倒角,前者纯是手工劳动,后者需专用设备,若用倒角滚刀,可以在普通滚齿机上进行倒角。即减轻了工人的体力劳动,又不用专用设备,而且效率高、倒棱均匀,提高了倒角质量。一、直齿圆拄齿轮倒角滚刀的设计计算 1.倒角滚刀加工齿轮倒角的原理利用倒角滚刀在滚齿机上进行倒角,其原理相当于一齿条(原始齿条)与被加工齿轮的啮合,如图1所示。
