1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 本组64例中,男48例,女16例,年龄9-71岁,其中儿童5例,30～50岁52例。首发症状均为咽痛、吞咽困难,22例出现流涎、喘鸣、呼吸困难。局部检查多用间接喉镜,3例儿童患者因难以配合改用纤维喉镜,检查见:会厌舌面不同程度充血水肿。22例会厌游离缘变圆钝,会厌呈球状。5例会厌舌面呈黄色脓点,声带难窥见。1.2 治疗方法 抗生素均以青霉素类为首选药物,过敏者改用泰利必妥。单独用抗生素治疗9
