党史资料是编写地方党史的基础,专业党史工作者要下苦工夫,广泛收集,积累资料,才能编写出史论,史稿,大事记、人物传等等成品。因为资料是党史写作的主要依据,舍此,就将一事无成。“巧妇难为无米之炊”就是这个意思。在龙岩地区,有的同志写的文章立沦新颖,说理有据,占有大量史实阐明问题,让人一看就知道他的功底深厚;而有的“应景之作”,就显得肤浅,甚至谬误不少,一看也就知道毫无功底可言。因此,专业党史工作者的第一步,应从“人之初”做起,认真、扎实地收集积累资料,积跬步才能至千里。
