应用电子计算机对175例次支气管哮喘患者急性发作的日期和人体以23、28、33天为周期的生理节律的相关性进行统计测算,结果发现哮喘急性发作发生于临界期者明显多于高潮期(P<0.01)和低潮期(P<0.01)。说明临界期人体各种生理机能处于不协调的状态,对高潮期及低潮期不发生反应的致病因子都可以在临界期导致哮喘的发作。加强临界期患者的护理,依据生理节律的理论,在临界期预防性投药,可能会减少哮喘的发作。
Computer-based computer on 175 cases of bronchial asthma in patients with acute exacerbation of the human body and the 23,28,33-day cycle of physiological rhythms were measured, the results showed that acute exacerbation of asthma occurred in the critical period were significantly more than the high tide (P <0.01) and low tide (P <0.01). That the critical phase of the body’s various physiological functions in an uncoordinated state of the climax and ebb not react to the risk factors can lead to asthma attacks in the critical period. Strengthening the critical care of patients, according to the theory of circadian rhythm, prophylactic administration in the critical period, may reduce the onset of asthma.
