目的分析健康教育对社区糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月窦店社区卫生服务中心建立健康档案的社区糖尿病患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育指导干预。比较两组患者用药依从性及血糖水平。结果观察组患者用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区糖尿病患者在常规护理础上给予健康教育指导,有助于提高患者的用药依从性,对控制其血糖水平有积极作用。
Objective To analyze the influence of health education on medication adherence in community diabetic patients. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015, Doucheng Community Health Service Center established health records of 90 community-based diabetes patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given the guidance of health education on the basis of the control group. Drug compliance and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Community-based diabetes patients receive health education guidance on routine nursing, which helps to improve medication adherence of patients and has a positive effect on controlling their blood glucose level.
