随着改革开放的深入与经济全球化的进一步加强,企业规模越来越大,管理机制也逐渐成熟,出现了许多跨国企业。跨国企业在生产经营中,面临的国际环境复杂,市场竞争激烈,尤其是在资金池管理的问题上,一旦出现些许不足,对企业的发展都有极大影响。所以,对跨国企业来说,在面临复杂的国内外环境下,如何加强企业的资金管理促进企业的顺利发展是企业管理中的重点。本文在此背景下,对跨国企业的资金池做简要的概述,分析目前跨国企业资金池管理中的制约因素,并进一步提出解决的措施,希望能够给企业管理者提供一些思考。
With the deepening of reform and opening up and the further strengthening of economic globalization, the scale of enterprises is getting bigger and the management mechanism is gradually maturing, and many multinational enterprises have emerged. In the course of production and operation, multinational corporations are faced with complicated international environment and fierce market competition, especially in the management of capital pool. Once there is a slight shortage, the development of the enterprise will have a great impact. Therefore, for multinational corporations, under the complicated domestic and international environment, how to strengthen fund management of enterprises and promote the smooth development of enterprises are the key points in business management. In this context, this article gives a brief overview of the capital pool of MNCs, analyzes the constraints in the management of MIF pools and further proposes solutions to them, hoping to provide managers with some reflections.
