病例一 女,41岁,左颊粘膜常被咬破。查:38颊向移位、颊部粘膜红肿、溃疡。常规拔除,见该牙冠较大,有8个牙尖,窝沟清楚,牙根为一锥形单根。48也有8个牙尖,但牙位正常。 病例二 男,59岁,左下颌后牙疼痛难忍。查:38 Ⅱ°松动,牙周袋深度大于3mm。无对合牙。诊断:牙周炎并发急性牙髓炎。常规拔除。牙冠有4个牙尖,窝沟清晰,合面有龋洞,牙根分为近、远中两扁根。
