本课题组通过一段时间研究,借鉴模块式教学模式以及互助学习理念,探索出一种与学情相适应、符合社会需要、教师乐于使用的分段互助学习机制,构建起了内容与结构相配套的技能训练教学体系和新的评价体系,并在烹饪专业首先进行尝试,取得了较好的教学效果。
