教师的主导作用是发展学生主体性不可或缺的外部驱动力,这个“导”,是引导、指导、疏导。教师的“导”是建立在落实学生主体地位基础之上的,即“平等中的首席”,而不是“绝对权威”地、全包全揽地传授知识,因此,教师要在“善导”上下功夫。要导在学生学习兴趣的产生和提高上,通过兴趣培养,让学生乐于接受新的知识、信息,进而主动探索未知事物,使兴趣变成学生追求成功的内在动力;要导在学生发现问题、寻找解决问题的方法上,通过情境、故事、“破绽”……激发学生产生更多问题,引导他们探究问题,提出解决问题的思路、途径、方法;要导在关键点和难点上,导在学生不易懂或似懂非懂的问题上,通过多种手段和方法使内容变得通俗易懂;要导在课堂教学目标的落实上,减少无意义的“精力耗散”。教师的“导”不仅体现在学生学习过程中,还要“预设”在学生学习活动之前。教师要考虑如何整合课程资源,营造教学情境、激发学生的学习兴趣、启迪学生的智慧;要考虑如何营造对话情境,安排教学事件等,这是推动学生主动学习的重要前提。同时,教师也不能忽略自身的讲授言语,如开课时导语的精心设计,课堂教学中讲授的策略等。需要指出的是:新课程理念下的课堂应该是充满活力的课堂,是闪烁师生双方智慧火花的课堂,是和谐、民主、?
