目的：应用三维彩超引导取肾组织活检，观察其成功率、损伤程度与二维超声引导取肾组织活检及有关文献报道进行对照研究。方法：利用ＣＯＭＢＩＳＯＮ—５３０型三维彩超引导穿刺对４８例肾病患者取肾组织活检，与ＥＵＢ—２４０二维超声引导穿刺对１０例肾病患者取肾组织活检。结果：三维彩超标本质量满意１００％（４８／４８）并能明确组织学诊断，并发症明显低于二维超声引导肾组织活检（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：三维彩超引导肾组织活检因其具有三维显示并清晰分辨出肾窦及血流分布，并发症明显低于二维超声引导肾组织活检。值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To apply three-dimensional ultrasound to guide the biopsy of kidney and observe its success rate, degree of injury and two-dimensional ultrasound-guided renal biopsy and related literature. Methods: Kidney biopsy was performed in 48 patients with nephropathy using COMBISON-530 three-dimensional ultrasound guided puncture and renal biopsy was performed in 10 patients with nephropathy by EUB-240 two-dimensional ultrasound guided puncture. Results: The quality of three - dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was 100% (48/48) satisfactory and histological diagnosis was clear. The complication was significantly lower than that of two - dimensional ultrasound - guided renal biopsy (P <0.01). Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound-guided renal biopsy has three-dimensional display and clearly distinguishes the distribution of renal sinus and blood flow. The complication is obviously lower than that of two-dimensional ultrasound-guided renal biopsy. Worthy of clinical application.
