由于海洋腐蚀环境的影响,服役多年的海上平台起重机转台焊缝腐蚀严重,威胁作业安全。基于多工况下的壳一实体混合模型有限元分析技术,确定了转台危险点应力分布;以等效热点应力为评定应力,结合多轴疲劳寿命评估方法修正沃勒曲线法,对不同工况下的转台焊缝进行了多轴疲劳寿命计算,可用于指导海洋平台起重机的维保工作。
Due to the corrosive environment of the sea, the welding seam of the offshore platform crane turret serving for many years has been seriously corroded, which threatens the safety of operations. Based on the finite element analysis of the shell-solid hybrid model under multi-conditions, the stress distribution of dangerous points in the turntable was determined. The equivalent hot spot stress was used to assess the stress, and the multi-axial fatigue life assessment method was used to modify the Waller curve method. Under the turntable weld multi-axis fatigue life calculation can be used to guide the marine platform crane maintenance work.
