本研究根据五年制高职植保专业学生的培养目标要求,通过文献资料法、调查研究法、理论分析法对五年制高职植保专业毕业生的关键能力要素及内涵进行广泛的调研和分析,形成植保毕业关键能力调查问卷,通过企业走访、电话回访及电子邮件等方式对近三年的毕业的60名植保毕业生及以德国拜耳、美国杜邦为代表的30家植保类企业展开调查,并建立关键能力培养指标体系雏形,对5位植保企业专家进行访谈,对指标体系结构层次的合理性做出评定,共建3个一级指标、9个二级指标,并确定了25个三级维度。
