With the development of technologies such as atomic energy, aviation, aerospace and electronic electrician, more and more heat-resistant alloys, light metals, active metals, magnetic alloys, cemented carbide, graphite and ceramics are adopted as structural materials. However, it is difficult and sometimes impossible to connect these materials with special physical and chemical properties by ordinary welding and brazing methods. Diffusion welding is a kind of special welding technology developed in the 1950s to solve such problems. Diffusion welding has many technical and economic advantages. Therefore, many countries have done a lot of research on this kind of welding process and equipment. So far, several diffusion welding methods have been developed and dozens of diffusion welding equipments have been developed and manufactured. Almost any inorganic material (including metallic and non-metallic materials) and micro-welding can be welded
