孝感工业学校有30多年的办学历史,是孝感知名的职教品牌,被誉为孝感的“小华工”。上个世纪90年代中后期,学校却濒临破产。面对严峻形势,从1999年开始,学校以“改革兴校、特色立校、质量强校”为理念,以人事分配改革为突破口,大刀阔斧地进行学校内部机制改革,一举扭转了困境。2
Xiaogan Industrial School has more than 30 years of school history, is Xiaogan well-known vocational education brand, known as Xiaogan “Little Chinese workers.” In the mid-to-late 1990s, schools were on the verge of bankruptcy. In the face of the grim situation, starting from 1999, the school has taken the concept of “reforming schools, establishing schools with characteristics, and strengthening schools with quality”. Taking the reform of personnel distribution as the breakthrough point, the university reforms the school’s internal mechanism at a drastic speed, reversing the plight. 2
