本文叙述了一种基于在温差致冷器中流过反向电流时冷结与热结可逆原理的双向比例-积分-微分调节电路。探测器温度设定值为30℃,最高环境温度可达50℃。用临界比例度法调整PID调节器参数。实验用探测器随环境温度的变化可降低10倍,克服其缺点可期望获得更多改进。
This article describes a bi-directional proportional-integral-derivative regulation circuit based on the reversible principle of cold junction and thermal junction when a reverse current flows through a temperature difference refrigerator. Detector temperature is set to 30 ℃, the maximum ambient temperature up to 50 ℃. Adjust the PID regulator parameters by criticality ratio method. Experimental detector with the ambient temperature can be reduced by 10 times, overcome its shortcomings can be expected to get more improvements.
