以10种杀菌剂为试材,以欧李褐腐病菌为研究对象,采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发抑制法测定了10种杀菌剂对欧李褐腐病菌(Monilinia fructicola)的室内毒力,以筛选出防治欧李褐腐病的有效药剂。结果表明:430g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂、24%腈苯唑悬浮剂、10%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、80%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、500g/L异菌脲悬浮剂、50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂对欧李褐腐病菌菌丝生长的半致死浓度(EC50)均低于0.700mg/L,其中430g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂对菌丝的抑制效果最好,EC50为0.027mg/L;80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂对菌丝的抑制效果最差,EC50为57.645mg/L。供试的10种药剂对孢子萌发的EC50均低于2.500mg/L,抑制作用最强的是500g/L异菌脲悬浮剂,EC50为0.024mg/L;效果最差的是80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂,EC50为2.496mg/L。24%腈苯唑悬浮剂、430g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂、500g/L异菌脲悬浮剂可以用于欧李褐腐病的防治。
