据日本玩具协会消息,新的日本玩具标准(ST2012)已发布。该标准协调采用了ISO 8124的第1、2部分的机械物理性能和阻燃性能,而第3部分的化学性能保持了ST 2002(11版)的要求,并未做修订。ISO8124是国际玩具安全标准,共分为3个部分,分别为机械物理性能、易燃性能和某些元素的迁移,我国即将发布新的玩具标准也将等同采用ISO8124,分为3个部分。日本新的玩具标准将于2013年1月1日生效,但由于ST 2002第11版的有效期至2014年3月31日。因此,在过渡期内,出口日本的玩具既可采用ST2002(第11版),亦可采用ST 2012。但是自2014年
According to the Japanese Toy Association, the new Japanese toy standard (ST2012) has been released. The standard harmonized the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of parts 1 and 2 of ISO 8124 while the chemical properties of part 3 maintained the requirements of ST 2002 (version 11) with no revision. ISO8124 is an international toy safety standard, which is divided into three parts, which are the mechanical and physical properties, flammability and the migration of certain elements. The forthcoming release of new toy standards in China will also be equivalent to ISO8124, divided into three parts. Japan’s new toy standard will enter into force on January 1, 2013, but due to ST 2002 version 11 is valid until March 31, 2014. Therefore, during the transitional period, toys exported to Japan can be either ST2002 (11th Edition) or ST 2012. But since 2014
