以富康TU3.2化油器式发动机为对象,开发了该发动机的电子控制系统,将其改造为电控发动机。改造后的发动机采用了电控多点顺序喷射技术,并对各种工况都进行了优化控制,利用I2C总线实现了发动机ECU与变速器ECU之间的通讯,从而实现了动力传动一体化控制。实验表明,改造后的TU3.2电控发动机的动力性、经济性都优于原机,实现了与变速器控制系统的信息共享与协调控制,实现了动力传统一体化控制。
Taking Beverly TU3.2 carburetor engine as an object, the electronic control system of the engine was developed and transformed into an electronically controlled engine. After the transformation of the engine adopts the electronic multi-point sequential injection technology, and all kinds of conditions are optimized control, the use of I2C bus to achieve the communication between the engine ECU and transmission ECU, in order to achieve integrated power transmission control. Experiments show that the modified TU3.2 electric control engine has better power and economy than the original engine, which realizes the information sharing and coordinated control with the transmission control system, and realizes the traditional integrated control of power.
