一、动态体育是对静态体育的改进与完善传统的中学体育课堂教学,重点放在动作的规范化上,强调动作要标准、规范,还用了很大一部分时间来教学整队和教广播体操。体育课上,学生“动”得太少,学生的身体活动太少使得体能没有在课堂上得到充分的锻炼和提升,或者是虽然有动,可动的幅度和力度太小,根本就没有对人的身体和体能的提升产生明显的影响。这纯粹就是“静态的
