三级医院开展社区卫生服务有其必要性和可行性,可实现优势互补、资源共享,通过加强组织领导、建立双向转诊、组织专家坐诊等方式能有效提高社区卫生服务中心的服务水平,为社区居民提供更加快捷、廉价、优质的社区卫生服务。同时,双向转诊受制约,义诊、坐诊专家下派较难等问题比较突出,还有待于出台相应的政策和激励机制加以协调解决。
Third-level hospitals have the necessary and feasible to carry out community health services, which can complement each other and share resources. It can effectively improve the service level of community health service centers by strengthening organization and leadership, establishing two-way referrals and organizing experts’ Community residents to provide faster, cheaper, high-quality community health services. At the same time, the two-way referral subject to control, free clinic, diagnosis and treatment of experts more difficult to dispatch more prominent issues, yet to be promulgated the appropriate policies and incentives to coordinate the solution.
