国有企业在国民经济系统中占据着非常重要的位置,国有企业管理的好坏直接关系着社会经济的稳固增长。近些年,随着我国市场经济体制改革的持续深入,国有企业资产管理也出现了一些问题,比如管理制度不完善、资产管理监管不力、内部控制程度较低和企业管理层激励不够等问题,上述问题的存在,极大程度上限制了国有企业的健康稳定发展。本文深刻分析上述问题产生的成因,并在此基础上提出了应对策略与倡议,以期提升对国有企业的管理力度,促进国有企业健康持续发展,进而推动国民经济的增长。
State-owned enterprises occupy a very important position in the national economic system. The management of state-owned enterprises directly affects the steady growth of the social economy. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of China’s market economy system reform, some problems have emerged in the management of state-owned assets, such as the imperfect management system, ineffective supervision of asset management, low internal control and insufficient incentive of enterprise management. The existence of the above problems greatly limits the healthy and stable development of state-owned enterprises. This article profoundly analyzes the causes of the above problems and puts forward coping strategies and suggestions on this basis in order to improve the management of state-owned enterprises, promote the sound and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises and promote the growth of the national economy.
