本文研究了麻疹病毒在体外胸腺上皮细胞(TE细胞)培养中的复制.16只胎、婴儿胸腺用常规法粉碎成0.3~0.4mm大小,移于含促生长激素(HDM)和新生儿脐带血清的培养液中.新生细胞吸附平皿后,改用无血清HDM培养5~10天接种麻疹病毒,第1~15天用免疫荧光法(IFA)检查.TE细胞培养液接种Vero细胞.用TE-4(抗皮质、髓质)、TE-15、TE-19(抗胸腺小体)、A2B5C抗CQ神经节苷脂)、HFI(抗角蛋白)单克隆抗体(McAb)检查感染麻疹病毒的TE细胞表型特征.
