目前,在完善了建筑行业的快速发展与交通运输的结构后,我国高速公路工程建设的水平在慢慢提高,建设技术整体都在飞跃发展,缓解交通运输的压力和国民经济发展与社会稳定都起到了重要作用。但是现阶段我国高速公路工程建设单位的合同管理工作中存在许多问题,风险防范能力总体较差,不但会影响到工程施工进度与施工质量,而且会威胁外部环境,严重阻碍高速公路建设行业的发现进程。此文章主要将合同管理工作中明显突出的主要问题进行分析,探讨其中相应解决的办法。
