为研究某矿6135工作面瓦斯燃烧发火原因,以指导瓦斯燃烧事故的治理和预防工作,设计试验室自燃基础参数测试和现场的温度、气体监测试验,得到60、61煤层自燃特性和采空区内温度、气体情况。结果表明:聚氨酯自热及高强度抽采漏风引起60煤体自燃为瓦斯燃烧引火源的可能性较小,6135机巷断层附近保留煤柱氧化自燃为工作面瓦斯燃烧事故的引火源。
In order to study the cause of methane combustion in 6135 working face of a mine, to guide the control and prevention work of gas combustion accident, to design the basic parameters of spontaneous combustion in laboratory and to monitor the temperature and gas in the field, the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seam 60 and 61 and the goaf Internal temperature, gas conditions. The results show that it is less likely that spontaneous combustion of 60 coal spontaneous gas source would cause gas leakage from polyurethane spontaneous combustion and high strength gas drainage. Oxidative spontaneous combustion of coal pillar near the fault of 6135 roadway will be the ignition source of gas burning accident in working face.
