近年来负荷 ECG 不仅用于缺血性心脏病的诊断,也用于病人运动耐量测定及内外科疗效、病情和予后判断。负荷试验有各种方法如运动负荷、低氧法、药物及心房调搏等。本文只介绍运动试验。一、运动试验的目的 ECG 运动试验的主要目的大致可分为两类:一是缺血性心脏病的诊断;二是病人的运动机能评价。1、缺血性心脏病的诊断:心肌需氧量随运动量增加而增加,冠状动脉扩张,正常人血流量可增加5—7倍。若冠状动脉明显狭窄时,狭窄部位末梢血流量不能相应地增加,引起一时性心肌局部缺血。根据一过性心肌缺血所产生的 ECG 波形变
