新年伊始,钢城鞍山春意融融。中共中央组织部和共青团中央联合召开的加强在青年中发展党员暨深化“推优”工作座谈会于1月7日至10日在这里举行。这次座谈会旨在深入学习贯彻党的十四届四中全会精神,进一步落实全国组织工作会议的工作部署,加强和改进党员队伍建设,全面推进党的建设这个新的伟大工程。会上,总结交流了近几年来发展优秀青年入党和深化“推优”工作的经验,分析研究了当前工作中存在的问题,讨论修改了在青年中发展党员工作的有关文件。中共中央组织部副部长虞云耀,团中央第一书记李克强,常务书记刘鹏,以及辽宁省委副书记王怀远,省委常委、组织部长于均波同志出席了会议。来自17个省(区、市)党委组织部门和全国共青团组织系统的代表参加了会议。
At the beginning of the new year, Gangcheng Anshan spring melts. The symposium on strengthening Party members’ development and deepening “promoting ” work jointly held by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League was held here from January 7 to January 10. The symposium aims to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, further implement the work arrangements for the national organization and work conference, strengthen and improve the building of the ranks of party members, and comprehensively promote the party building as a new and great project. At the meeting, the meeting summed up and exchanged experiences in developing outstanding young people in the party and deepening the work of “pushing the superior” in recent years, analyzed and studied the existing problems in the current work, and discussed and revised the relevant documents on developing the work of party members in youth. Yu Yunyao, vice minister of Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Li Keqiang, first secretary of CYL Central Committee, Liu Peng, secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, Wang Huaiyuan, deputy secretary of Liaoning Provincial Committee, and Yu Junbo, member of the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee and Minister of Organization attended the meeting. Representatives from the party organization departments of 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Communist Youth League organizations of the whole country attended the meeting.
