履带设备在有轨巷道内工作,存在着两方面问题:一是轨道妨碍履带设备行走;二是履带设备可能损坏轨道,影响生产。但有时在平巷掘进作业中,履带设备与有轨设备配套工作。如采用S8型梭式矿车和ZXZ80型蟹爪式装载机配套,比采用有轨的H600型装岩机装岩能力提高了8—10倍。所以,研究履带设备如何在有轨巷道工作有一定的意义。经近年来的实践,在这方面已取得较好的效果。
