企业上市工作是一项系统工程，需要有周密设计的方案。上市设计的优劣直接关系到上市工作的难易和上市成功率的高低。笔者认为，做好企业上市设计要从以下五个方面考虑：一、选择优秀的证券主承销商。证券主承商是企业上市工作的命运共同体，其素质直接影响企业能否成功上市。
Business listing is a systematic project, requires a well-designed program. The merits of the listing design are directly related to the difficulty of going public and the success rate of listing. The author believes that the listing of enterprises to do well from the following five considerations: First, choose the outstanding securities underwriters. Securities main business is the fate of the public listing of enterprises, its quality directly affects the success of the enterprise listed.
