峰峰矿区的有线电视系统从1992年开始酝酿,1993年初着手总体规划,同年9月通过省级论证,9月28日开工兴建,当年底开通试播。目前,网内已发展用户7300户,向下传递11套节目,架设主干线路7公里,支干线路12公里,全台拥有固定资产150万元,实现经济收入37万元,今年底,可基本完成工程的第一阶段,全网用户可发展到10000—30000户,实现创收50万元。那么他们是怎样一下子步入没有外欠的自我发展、良性循环的轨道的呢? 在“河北省有线电视事业发展与管理研讨会”上他们介绍了经验。现将他们的主要体会摘登如下,供制定县级有线电视网络规划及工程实施参考。
