现场管理当前在油田企业管理中起到越来越大的作用,从我国油田总体情况来看,大部分单位的现场管理工作都有待提高,本文针对这个问题进行阐述并提出相关建议。
On-site management is playing an increasingly important role in oilfield enterprise management. According to the overall situation of oilfields in China, most of the site management work needs to be improved. This paper elaborates on this issue and puts forward some suggestions.
