1 我国品种审定的现状和作用农作物品种是一种特殊的社会资源,是现代种子产业的核心。农作物品种实行审定制度是种子管理工作的重要内容之一。我国的品种审定制度已有30多年的历史,从60年代中期,山西、黑龙江、山东、江苏、浙江等省就认识到品种在农业增产增收中的作用,陆续成立了省级农作物品种审定委员会,审定通过了一批优良品种。1981年全国农作物品种审定委员会成立,对在全国范围内的品种管理,尤其对适合跨省种植的新品种尽快转化为生产力,加速新品种的推广起到了积极的
