石油科技期刊作为能源科技期刊中的一个大系,其创建与兴起与石油工业密切相关。第一份石油期刊可追溯到1953年,这一年正是国家集中力量进行新中国第一个石油工业基地——玉门油田的建设的开端年。随着石油工业的崛起与发展,石油期刊数量快速增长,期刊整体水平不断提高。文章按照三个不同时期,即初创期(1953～1959年)、非常成长期(1960～1976年)和迅速发展期(1976年至今),分别论述了中国石油科技期刊的发展状况,同时指出了石油科技期刊的地域特征。以1976年为分水岭,之前石油科技期刊经历了50年代短暂的繁荣发展,随后因社会动荡,石油期刊发展停滞,至1969年全部停刊。1976年“文革”结束后,中国出版业进入了一个崭新的历史时期,石油期刊迎来了前所未有的发展新局面,期刊数量逐年增长,1976～1979年新增期刊约13种;1980～1989年新增期刊约30种;1990年至今新增期刊约25种。期刊类别从1976年前的地质、勘探、开发、机械拓展到目前的海洋与陆上油气地质、勘探、测井、钻井、开采、集输储运、地面工程建设,以及油田环保和经济等,基本形成了一个较为合理的期刊结构。石油期刊的发展历程在一定程度上见证了我国石油科技发展的历史,石油科技期刊在石油工业的发展中发挥了重要的作用。
Petroleum science and technology periodicals as a major science and technology journals, its creation and rise and the oil industry is closely related. The first petroleum journals date back to 1953, the year when the state concentrated its efforts on the construction of the Yumen Oilfield, the first oil industry base in China. With the rise and development of petroleum industry, the number of petroleum journals has been rapidly increasing, and the overall level of journals has been continuously improved. According to three different periods, namely, the period from 1953 to 1959, the very growth period (1960-1976) and the rapid development period (1976 to now), this paper discusses the development of CNPC journals, Regional Characteristics of Oil Science and Technology Periodicals. In 1976 as a watershed, before the oil science and technology journals experienced a brief boom of 50 years of prosperity and development, then social turmoil, stagnation of the development of oil journals, to 1969 all the suspension. After the Cultural Revolution ended in 1976, China’s publishing industry entered a brand new historical period. The petroleum journals ushered in an unprecedented new development. The number of periodical journals grew year by year, and about 13 journals were newly added from 1976 to 1979. In 1980 ~ About 30 new journals in 1989 and 25 new journals since 1990. Periodicals From the geological, exploration, development and mechanical expansion of 1976 to the present marine and onshore oil and gas geology, exploration, logging, drilling, mining, gathering and transportation, ground engineering construction, oilfield environmental protection and economy, etc., Basically formed a more reasonable periodical structure. The development history of petroleum journals has witnessed to some extent the history of petroleum science and technology development in our country. Petroleum journals have played an important role in the development of oil industry.
