社区教育是社会教育的主要形式之一,是工业化、城市化和社会化发展的必然结果,是学校教育的重要补充。青少年社区德育的指导理念、组织形式、实施途径、教育互动、细节设计、科学化建设等方面,日本有着诸多优秀经验值得我们研究和借鉴。从中日比较视角审视我国青少年社区德育方式,能够帮助我们深刻认识青少年社区德育的重要性,促进其发展,从而提高我国德育的实效性。
Community education is one of the main forms of social education, an inevitable result of industrialization, urbanization and social development, and an important supplement to school education. There are many excellent experiences in Japan that deserve our study and reference from the guiding ideology, organizational form, implementation channels, educational interaction, detail design and scientific construction of youth community moral education. Examining the way of moral education of young people in our country from the comparative perspective of China and Japan can help us deeply understand the importance of moral education among young people and promote their development so as to enhance the effectiveness of our moral education.
