职业教育长期未被全社会认同的原因是多方面的 :(１)与普教相比 ,我国职教起步较晚 ,发展历程较短 ,在发展规模、办学经验和办学成果等各方面 ,客观上讲还比不上普教。(２)在职教发展出现“辉煌”之时 ,未能很好地总结经验 ,继续保持发展势头 ,以至丧失“良缘”。 (３)教育行政
