病例提要李××女 66岁,鞍山籍。因尿急、尿频,关节痛反复发作30余年,加重20天于1987年2月11日入院。患者30余年来反复发生尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿、外阴烧灼感及水泡。同时伴全身沉重感和间歇性游走性关节痛疼,每次发病历时3—5天可自行缓解。病后5—6年全身出现无明显痛痒之局灶性皮肤剥脱、渗水、结痂,经数日至月余结痂脱落局部瘢痕形成。23年前曾发生右手红肿热痛,破溃溢脓,历时半年余治愈。此后3年,患手挛缩畸形。近5—6年,双下肢无力加重,行动困难,40天前乃至全身活动
