作为驰名商标标识的商品也就具有相当高的市场竞争力。所以,世界很多国家均以立法的形式规定了对驰名商标的保护。我国由于建国后的相当长时期的计划经济,对于商标尤其是驰名商标的保护的必要性缺乏认识,立法更是空白人们保护商标的意识也极其淡薄。随着改革开放的不断深入和市场经济的不断发展,以及适应我国加入WTO的需要,我国开始逐步建立和完善相关的驰名商标的立法和保护。

As a well-known trademark of goods will have a very high market competitiveness. Therefore, many countries in the world stipulate the protection of well-known trademarks in the form of legislation. Due to the rather long-term planned economy after the founding of our country, our country lacks understanding of the necessity of trademark protection, especially the well-known trademark protection. Legislation is also a blank that people have a very weak awareness of trademark protection. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of the market economy and the need of China's accession to the WTO, our country has gradually established and improved the legislation and protection of well-known trademarks.
