初三册《愚公移山》一课,有“本在冀州之南,河阳之北”句.教材注:山之南,水之北为阳,这是无可非议的,河阳也确实在黄河北岸.但如果照此讲来,“河阳之北”则可译为“黄河北岸的北边”(五省区编的《教参》就是这样译的)。这样未免显得重复罗嗦.大家知道,古文讲求对仗,而“河阳之北”恰与上面的“冀州之南”相对,教材注冀州为古地名,那么河阳也应为古地名.查南充师范学院编的《中国古代历史地图集》可知春秋时晋国即有“河阳邑”,地处黄河北岸,治所在今河南孟县西,
