越来越多的人开始了解和接受有机食品的概念,但全食品还是一个相对新兴的概念。所谓全食品,顾名思义,就是完整的食品,指未加工处理,或以最少程度经过处理与精制过的食物。食用全食品,由于是在食物最原始的状态被摄取,且不含添加剂,故能在摄取过程中有效保留原始营养,尤其是维生素及矿物质,让人体容易吸收。
