本文通过对企业培训活动中存在的问题进行分析,提出强化企业培训提升企业管理水平的具体措施,以期通过加强企业员工培训,提升企业管理水平,进而实现经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the analysis of the existing problems in enterprise training activities, this paper puts forward specific measures to strengthen the training of enterprises in order to enhance the management level of enterprises, with a view to enhancing economic and social benefits through strengthening employee training and enhancing enterprise management.
