煤矿全面安全“体检”工作是今年国家安全生产监督管理总局六项重点工作之一,也是今年煤矿安全生产的主线。2月20日,总局在全国安全生产视频会议上对煤矿安全“体检”工作进行了专门部署,随即印发了关于开展煤矿全面安全“体检”的通知,又印发了煤矿自查自改、异地“体检”执法等配套通知。由此可见,这次煤矿全面安全“体检”工作意义是重大的,影响是深远的。煤矿全面安全“体检”工作开展以来,全国各地煤监局、煤炭企业高度重视、积极落实,将煤矿安全生产工作推向了一个新的高度。
