本文用相同的方法分别在两个实验室内对615纯系小鼠的脾细胞进行了多种玫瑰花环试验。共检测了体重为20—25克的正常615系小鼠45只,其E及EAC花环的数值分别为20.9±8.2%及3.49±6.5%(均值±标准差),对其中部分小鼠进行了EA花环及E和EA混合花环试验,EA—花环形成细胞及D细胞的数值分别为21.5±3.1%及1.3±0.6%。性别差异均不显著,两实验室的结果很相近,比较稳定。对实验结果,实验条件的控制,各种花环试验的意义,尤其是D细胞的来源和功能进行了讨论。
In this paper, a variety of rose garland experiments were performed on spleen cells of 615 pure mouse in two laboratories using the same method. A total of 45 normal 615 strain mice weighing 20-25 grams were tested. The E and EAC garland values were 20.9±8.2% and 3.49±6.5% (mean ± standard deviation), respectively. Some of these mice were tested. In the EA garland and E and EA mixed garland test, the values of EA-wreck formation cells and D cells were 21.5±3.1% and 1.3±0.6%, respectively. Gender differences were not significant. The results of the two laboratories were similar and stable. The experimental results, the control of experimental conditions, the significance of various garland tests, and especially the origin and function of D cells were discussed.
