人类信息的传播从口头到文字再到印刷产品、电子传播,如今随着融媒体的快速发展,信息的传播模式更加多元化,这对于电视新闻来说提供了更广阔的上升空间可是同样的也面临了更加严峻的考验。随着信息传播方式以及资源的分享变得愈发容易,电视新闻的著作权不得不紧跟社会发展适时而变。融媒体时代的电视新闻著作权如何保护以及如何构建这一模式是现在电视新闻行业需要考虑的问题。本文关于电视新闻的著作权问题进行了划分,并且分析出导致著作权保护之路受挫的原因,根据已掌握的资料提出解决对策,希望笔者的调查研究对于融媒体时代的电视新闻著作权保护体系的完善能够提供帮助。

How to protect the copyright of TV news in the era of media and how to construct this model is a problem to be considered by the TV news industry now. This article divides the issue of the copyright of TV news and analyzes the causes of the frustration of copyright protection. Based on the available information, it puts forward some countermeasures. I hope the author’s investigation and study can improve the system of copyright protection of TV news in the media era provide help.
