拉床是用来对机械零件进行高精度的拉削加工的,不同型号的拉床,都有相应规定的有效工作行程。对拉削长度超过拉床的有效工作行程时,此拉床就不能加工了。针对此问题,我设计了滑移式工装和拉床配合使用,解决了拉床行程不足的问题,介绍如下。 1.结构 如附图所示为滑移式工装工作状态时的结构,它是由拉床尾座1、行程挡块2、拉床浮动拉头3、导轨4、滑移式工装5和拉刀7等组成。 滑移式工装固定在导轨上并可沿导轨在水平方向左右移动。 2.使用 工作时,用行程挡块2将工装整体挡住,拉床浮动拉头带动拉刀对管材内壁进行第一次拉削,第一次拉削完成后,松开浮动拉头3,将工装(包括拉刀、管材)整体向右移动一个工作行程,用另一相应的行程挡块2,将整体工装挡住,进行第二次
