从学校教育的角度看,知识本位的课程观、作为基本学业评价制度的考试制度以及与社会发展需要不相适应的教师素质,是造成学生课业负担过重的基本原因;从社会文化角度看,国人长期以来所形成的尊崇知识(主要是实用的功利性知识)的传统和民族文化心理,作为这种实用主义的价值观和知识观的表现,家庭教育明显地暴露出急功近利和非理性的特征。从社会、学校及家庭三方面就如何有效地减轻学生的课业负担,提出自己的思考和建议。
From the perspective of school education, the basic concept of knowledge-based curriculum, the examination system as the basic academic evaluation system and the quality of teachers incompatible with the needs of social development are the basic reasons for students’ overburdening of their schoolwork. From the social and cultural perspective, The traditional and ethnocultural psychology of respecting knowledge (mainly utilitarian utilitarian knowledge) formed by the Chinese people for a long time, as a manifestation of such pragmatic values and concepts of knowledge, has clearly shown quick success and irrationality in family education. From the social, school and family aspects on how to effectively alleviate the burden on students, put forward their own thoughts and suggestions.
