目的:研究在小儿呼吸科病房口服药物安全管理中采用精细化管理方式的效果和意义。方法:随机选取儿科呼吸科病房口服药物病例600例,根据管理方式的不同平均分为对照组和实验组,每组300例。对照组实行常规模式的管理,实验组在口服药物流程、保管制度、对不良反应的处理等各个方面引入精细化管理模式,对比两组用药护理中的各项指标,包括漏服次数、剂量错误数、药物发错次数以及患者对护理效果的满意程度。结果:实验结束以后,实验组病例的各项错误指标都低于对照组,失误率为0.67%,对照组则为17.33%;实验组病例中患者对护理效果的满意程度为99.67%,高于对照组的98%。两个实验组别的结果差异具有统计学意义。结论:在小儿呼吸科病房口服药物安全管理中采用精细化管理方式对于降低用药失误率,提升患者满意度具有十分积极的作用。可见这是一种值得临床应用并加以推广的用药管理方式。
Objective: To study the effect and significance of using meticulous management in the oral drug safety management in pediatric respiratory department. Methods: Six hundred and sixty cases of oral pharmacy were selected randomly from the pediatric respiratory department. According to the different average management methods, they were divided into control group and experimental group with 300 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine management, and the experimental group introduced meticulous management in all aspects of oral drug flow, custody system and adverse drug treatment, and compared the indexes in the two groups of drug administration, including the number of missed services, the wrong dosage Number of errors in the number of drugs and the patient’s satisfaction with the effect of nursing. Results: After the experiment, the errors of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group, the error rate was 0.67%, while the control group was 17.33%. The satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group was 99.67%, higher than Control group, 98%. The difference between the two experimental groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of meticulous management in oral drug safety management in pediatric respiratory wards has a very positive effect on reducing the rate of medication errors and improving patient satisfaction. This shows that this is a worthy clinical application and to promote the use of drug management.
