本文以新形势下施工企业的税务筹划问题作为分析和研究对象,施工企业税务筹划问题的产生主要是由于施工项目一般具有周期长、风险高、投资大的特点,因此施工企业应该遵循合法、稳健和效益最大化的原则进行和实施税务筹划,认为其税务筹划应该从合同签订、包工包料、固定资产折旧以及母子公司内部交易等几个方面去思考和把握。
